Bridget Ash

Design associate

Bridget has a life long habit of being drawn into spaces that call to her as she passes; enticing her to peek around the curve, venture up, or down a step, submerge herself in the shade – but never to just walk past! It is this deep love of finding treasured landscapes in unexpected places that drew her to a career in landscape architecture and cultural landscapes.

As a visual person, it was the aesthetics of a landscape that Bridget responded to, but it was her role as a parent that propelled her to think beyond the reaches of what she knew, to look at the environment as a whole and the consequences of deferring the status quo for future generations. At RANA Bridget enjoys working with a team that is uniquely placed to affect the positive change in our environments that our future generations deserve.

Bridget earned her Bachelors in Fine Art at the University of Idaho, her Masters of Historic Preservation, Cultural Landscapes from the University of Kentucky, and her Masters in Landscape Architecture from the University of Tennessee.
