Brianna’s attention to detail and in field experience provides her with the superior ability to lead the construction team she is highly valuable to our success in various projects within Rana’s Construction Department. Brianna has a great love for the outdoors and all the creatures that exists amongst us. She is passionate about sustainability and restoring habitat within the urban spaces.

Shaedon Wedel | MLA
Shaedon joined RANA in 2023 after graduating from Kansas State University with his Master of Landscape Architecture degree and minor in Regional and Community Planning. Originally from Kansas, Shaedon's previous experiences in Miami, Florida, and San Francisco, California, ignited his passion for coastal landscape and restoration projects, leading him to RANA.
In his role as a Design Associate, Shaedon actively contributes to all stages of project development, eager to absorb knowledge and expertise as he embarks on his career journey. His passion for the natural world, combined with a keen interest in graphic representation, innovative problem-solving, and emerging AI technology, serves as a driving force. Shaedon aspires to inspire and instill hope for the future of our profession and the environment.

Maria Steller
Growing up along the majestic coastline in Big Sur, Maria enjoys learning about native flowers and often finds herself photographing and capturing the many scenic landscapes around our beautiful Monterey County.
At Rana, Maria works with Project Managers to support project invoicing needs from project conception through project close out. In addition to finance, Maria supports with Human Resources, and enjoys collaborating with our team to develop effective office operations.
Maria earned her Bachelor of Arts in Collaborative Health and Human Services from California State University, Monterey Bay where she became passionate about Employee Wellness and how to promote a welcoming and supportive environment to increase productivity, engagement, and morale. She understood that there is a positive connection between employee wellness and the performance of a business.
